The Southern Interscholastic Press Association has announced its student officers for the 2025–2026 academic year. Elected during the organization’s annual convention in March, these student leaders will serve as the student voice on SIPA’s Executive Committee and play a key role in shaping the future of the organization.
The newly elected officers are:

Student officers serve in a critical leadership role, offering feedback and student insight as members of the Executive Committee. They contribute to planning SIPA’s next annual convention, helping to shape programming, speaker selection and student engagement.
The 2026 SIPA convention is scheduled for March 6-8, 2026, and will welcome hundreds of student journalists and advisers from across the Southeast.
